RETURNS/EXCHANGES
What is the return/exchange policy?
Unless the items in your order are incorrect or damaged, all sales are final and may not be returned, cancelled, or exchanged. If the item is damaged, or the incorrect item was received, please email us within seven (7) days of the date your order is received at hello@wheredoyoudrawtheline.co and provide your name, order number, description of the issue and please attach a photograph of the incorrect or damaged item received. For damage photos, please ensure damage is clearly shown in the photo.
If your order qualifies for a return or exchange once we receive the item(s), we will ship out the correct or replacement item(s) as soon as possible. If the item(s) are out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as inventory is restocked.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Please include a note on your order invoice your exchange information (product and sizing).
2. If you do not have your invoice, please write down the order #, email and your phone #.
3. Ship your return/exchange to the following address:
4. Please send us the tracking number once received to allow us to track and update you on the status. Please allow exchanges to take up to 5-7 business days once received.
If your item is not in stock, we will gladly refund you.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Submissions
By submitting prompts on the site you relinquish any past, present, or future claim of intellectual property rights to the subject material submitted by you or anyone on your behalf. Further, you agree and acknowledge that a submission you make to the site could already be in progress. By submitting prompts or other information on the site, you represent and warrant that the submission(s), works, or other intellectual property you create, develop or make and submit to the site will be original, will not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and will not have been previously assigned, licensed or otherwise encumbered.
